So make sure you get 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night, as lack of sleep can cause disrupting hormones related to appetite and metabolism. You should also avoid stress and learn stress management techniques. So practice stress-relieving activities like meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises to improve general health and lessen emotional eating.


5-Drink plenty of water


Hydration is key so stay hydrated throughout the day, as some can sometimes mistake thirst for hunger.
